Default Iffy Turn CR/AI

Bodog 6Max 100NL. I have $120 and am in the SB with AJo. MP has $180, and CO has $75. MP and CO limp and I complete. Pot=$4

Flop---Jh 6c Ah---I lead $4, two calls. Pot=$16

Turn---9d---I check, MP bets $10.50, CO calls, I push.

Some hand notes: these two players had been going at it, drunkenly calling each other racial epithets, and generally playing like total loose cannons. This isn't a play I usually make, but it seemed right here. Thoughts?

It would have been perfect if you raised pre. I know they'll call, but still think its well worth it to invest a few more bucks. You're looking to bust them w/ TPTK w/ a pre raise.

Raise preflop and isolate this hand vs one opponent if you can. You have 2 pair as played i would felt this. There is a flush draw out there so keep an eye of the third card falls....

Yeah, I'm usually like 50/50 between calling and raising with hands like AJo in the blinds, since they're so hard to play post flop, especially against multiple callers.

I'd just valuebet here, pushing does not get value from a flush draw. And worse Aces are more likely to call.

I like a raise preflop, you're ahead of their range and it makes the hand much easier to play when you hit TPTK against these types of players. The obvious difference is having a $12 pot to bet into on the flop rather than a $4 pot, you can make them pay much more to draw with their ridiculous hands.

As played I would value bet the turn here OOP, the CRAI on a small pot like these just seems like too strong of a play.

BTW I also play the bodog 6max 100NL games

What? Turn pot is $16. Hero got $21 more in the pot out of flush draws with this line. And his chances of winning the pot went way way up.

I hate a raise preflop here.

Your line is pretty good IMO, even though your push is an overbet I think these guys might "think you are bluffing" and call with random junk.

OFC it sucks if this turn checks behind. You really had the best case scenario here because you got a bet and a call behind you.
