I dont know about you guys but isn't the Microbrew turning in to a "bad beat"-vent thread? There are seldom replies to posts - mostly people posting about how bad they run themselfs.

Seriously - this is poker and these beats happen all the time. Some of these beats isn't even that bad.

In fact if the good players won everytime there would probably be no money in online poker at all. The fish only sticks around because of the luck/gambling factor. They can sit down at a 1000NL table and double up in 1 hand. We should celebrate everytime a fish sucks out because he will probably loose 5 times the amount he just won later. We know they will loose in the long run.

We know that looking at the result of a single session is pointless and this makes us better players.

just my 2 cents

the problem is if they suck you out, you probly wont win it back from them. you have to hope that you win it back from someone else.

im new enough that i figured the microbrew was for posts that dont deserve to be by themselves. think of how many new posts would be here if every single one of these posts was its own.

I was just stunned. He flat-called a minraise. Then he kept asking to play me HU. Then he claimed he knew I didn't have KK or AA by the way I played it. Patently untrue, since I would've played KK the exact same way, though I wouldn't have checked the A turn with AA. Such a donk. I reminded myself ignorance is fine, and then I shut up.

By the way, if you are who I think you are, you are tiiight.
