Default Looking for some differing views on this hand - $4/180

I left chips on the table and I was hoping for some input on how others would have played this.

I think my biggest flaw was not thinking thru her hand ranges pf and then assigning them to her (based on the flop) once I saw 2 hearts and a 3rd on the turn.

Please use the hand converter next time.

Not really sure of the purpose of your small pre-flop re-raise. If you think you're ahead of villain's raising range, then do a bigger re-raise. Otherwise just call.

On the flop, I'd make a bigger raise specifically to make calling with a flush draw a mistake for villain.

Once the third heart falls I'd suspect I'm likely behind and check behind on the turn and check/call on the river.

I agree with the above post. I really don't see how you would want to commit a lot of chips to this pot. Yes you flopped top set, but the way the villian played could have made it possible that he/she was on a flush draw. I think you got almost maximum value from this hand in this situation. At the 4/180 level people will chase that flush so in my opinion, this play was OK. But like the above poster wrote, a bigger raise after the flop will discourage many from chasing that flush.

The bigger re-raise pre-flop if you're going to re-raise this would build a bigger pot. Then appropriate sized bets to make chasing the flush a mistake would have built it proportinately more. It seems to me the re-raise size pre-flop was where chips were left on the table.

any general rule of thumb you use for a pf re-raise? X amount times the raise?
