Default Terrible session - Need line checkups (NOT BBV)

First off I won't include results, because Im not really concerned about what happend, just so much as how I got there. Sorry I don't know how to get HHs off FTP and UB so these are written from memory over the last while.

Hand 1 400NL - Stacks are $400 effective. I open to 16 with XX in MP Villain calls everyone folds. Read on villain aggro/bluffy.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (Pot - $38)
I check, Villain bets $24. I call.

Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (Pot - $86)
I check, Villain bets $24. I call.

River: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (Pot - $134)
I check, Villain bets $134. I...

Presuming XX is a pocket pair, what range of XX are you raising, calling, folding?

Hand 2 400NL - $400 effective stacks. I open QQ/QQ to $14 in the CO and SB calls. SB is your standard TAG. His preflop range here is pretty much pocket pairs maybe a big suited ace.

Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (Pot - $32)
He thinks for a while like he's considering betting, and then checks to me. I check. Sometimes I bet here, somtimes I don't.

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (Pot - $32)
Villain pots for $32. I call.

River: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (Pot - $96)
Villain thinks for a bit and seems like he's considering a check. Instead he bets $70. I...?

I'd really appreciate some comments. If I get some replies I'll post some more hands that gave me problems tonight.

hand1 - call
hand2 - bet the flop. Dont let him [censored] with you with stupid timing reverse tells. As played id call river too here.

Dont fret over all this timing [censored] "oh he might bet what should I do???"

hand 1 i would call w/ most pairs. probably raise with KK-TT(although i would have re raised them preflop, so you probably dont have that)

hand 2 i would call. also bet the flop. i dont worry about time tells because so many ppl are doing other [censored] while they play that they just dont notice its on them.

Hand 1, I think you need 55-88+..I'd never raise for value, and folding can't be faulted either.

Hand 2, gotta call given you under repped ur hand.. Minriase if he is a bluffingstation, fold if he is a super nit.

You seem to rely more on timing than bet sizing, leak?

Anywya, what everyone said, I'd call with most pairs hand 1, hand 2 BET THE FLOPZZZZ and I call.

I think I phrased this poorly since people think I checked behind because of a timing tell or whatever. I check sometimes there with a good hand to balance for all the times I do it with missed overs or whatever since villain is likely to view this as a pure blind steal situation.

I included the information because it seemed as if villain was focusing on his hand since I didnt notice him on any other tables. The only thing I used the info for really was that he wasn't randomly clicking buttons.

What is the reasoning behind this? If I'm shoving something like 33-77 What am I getting looked up by? When I check/call flop, check/call turn and open shove river after raising preflop its obvious to all but the biggest donkeys that I beat the board.

Also thanks for the insight in hand two. It's not like I'm posting these hands in a strategy forum for help. I just figured I'd post hands where I thought I played poorly so people could get a few laughs about them.
