Default League Standings Application

Does anyone know of a php application I could use to keep track of a running league on my website, or perhaps multiple leagues?

what i am looking for would basically be an ongoing tournament leader board for weekly private games on pokerstars

i currently use Access and Excel to generate a static html but would prefer to have something in php that is a bit more dynamic

here is an example of my current league board PSThemes GIVEAWAY League

Bar Nuthin,

Have you got PHP and some form of SQL on your webserver?

Copy your Access DB schema on to the webserver's SQL engine, use a little PHP to generate your leaderboard
