Default Playing too weak?...

No reads. I feel like my play was questionable on every street and preflop. Thoughts?

I think PF and flop are fine. I think you can probably safely b/f the turn.

What did SB have? AK that 3 bet the flop out of spite but then gave up? or TT that was trying to get tricky??

Edit: missed the turn gutshot. b/f is no good here. I'll have to think about it a bit more

I think you can value bet this river and be paid off by AK or sometimes AK in this large pot.

Sure, someone may have an overpair to tens (or 99), was planning a C/R and was scared by the paired T on the river, but I can't see most players trying for a C/R on the turn here.

It's comfortable to check behind on the river, but I think you could get another bet out of one of these guys.

As played, I would bet the turn and maybe fold to a raise, but you now also have a gutshot in a large pot...

if we check behind we have to call any river bet I think, so I prefer putting in the bet on the turn when it looks like crappily played AK.

if we get checkraised we can obv fold river UI. gets a little tricky if SB just calls turn and then donks the river. I'm probably calling HU but def not overcalling. be easier to play with reads.

as played I think you can bet the river, but LAGtards will sometimes try and C/R you off your pair with AK/AQ there.

I don't like betting turn because your hand is just strong enough that you can't fold to c/r but you don't want to pay 2 bets when behind. However SBs line makes me think you have him beat so you could bet. Bet river as played.

This is why I'm thinking I should have bet the turn. Thanks for all the feedback.

For heavens sake, at least bet the river.

I put UTG1 on AKo and SB on A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. How close is that?

Sure you can, and that's exactly what you should do I think.
