Yeah, SMRPG was great, and a huge piece of gaming history. Somehow I don't think getting Nintendo and Square together to do another one is likely, though.

What I'd like to see is a full-fledged pirate game. One of the things Wii should be able to manage for the first time is the practical aspects of handling a sailing ship. Combine that with swashbuckling and I think you've got a winner.

Hmm. Harvest Moon? I always found that, while addictive, something of a pain in the ass, but lots of people really enjoyed it, and it seems like it could work really well on Wii.

And if they've acquired TG16 licences for downloading old games, maybe there's some hope to see a new Bonk's Adventure. That would have the potential for some wicked wiimote action.

How about Nintendo trying to talk to that company that has the rights to Dragon Warrior 4? I'd love for that to be downloadable...
