I did this yesterday, and realised I had gone way over the wr without the bonus being credited so i rang support and they were most helpful and credited it straight away, no fuss at all.

Finished at +£250odd or so, so not a bad return

Oh yes. The reason they locked my account is because I entered wrong password several times in a row [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] It's just a precaution thing.

Just thought I'd mention this month my bonus was not credited even after I had completed the WR. Phoned CS and it was done within 15 mins no hassles. V Good!

Can anyone tell me where's the palyer's history in this casino? How can I check how many bets I've placed so far? I've checked at least ten times but couldn find it...

Go to the Cashier, click on My Account, click on Comp Points - 400 points each month to clear the bonus.

My bonus was also not credited straight away this month - i emailed support a few days ago and heard back today, it's now credited. No problems in the past, seems a pretty straight up site.

It doesn't show the total of my comp points here, there's only text about the comp points and an option Convert to real money.
