Default Checkraise this river?

Live 20-40. My image is somewhere between aggressive and batshit insane. See recent threads.

One extremely loose guy limps and it's somehow folded to me in the SB. I raise Qd Td. BB, young serious-seeming type, calls. Limper calls.

Flop 5d 3h 2d. I bet, BB calls, limper unexpectedly folds.

Turn 9d. I bet. BB pauses and I'm very confident he's not thinking about folding. He [censored] his head at me and calls.

River Jc. I check.

Eh. It's pretty read dependent but in my experience those guys are checking behind on the river just because they are confused a fair amount of the time.

i would just bet. he may think you are FOS and raise with a decent range, no? then you bring the b/3b hammer down on his ass. i think i would just keep betting. live reads are subject to override, though.

Check fold. You don't have to win every pot.

he has a flush yo.

I would bet. When you are "batshit insane" people call you down with ace hi here. I'm taking a LOT of marginal stuff to showdown against you and will be happy to check behind this river a lot.

What word was censored?

Bet. He's pretty likely to just have an Ace on that board and with your image and he committed himself to showdown on the flop.

Rhymes with knocks, and starts with a c.

Yeah, Nate, I'd bet out here, but a checkraise would probably hurt the kid's feelings, and that would be pretty cool. The benefit to betting is that it might allow you to 3-bet.

I don't like it, with your image you have to bet this.

I'd probably just bet it here. If he's so cocky/smug like your read, he will probably raise you and you can 3-bet him which will piss him off. It also depends on your overall image and how often you usually c/r the river.
