u played it fine. raising PF with that many limpers and AQ OOP is wrong

Only 3 limpers dude, cmon now, this is a real clear raise IMHO. Do you really think you don't have the best hand here most of the time? Esp. when you are giving crappy odds for random pairs to call for set value?

i think this has been discussed several times on these boards. all i know is that the great higher buyin players almost never raise AQo here. agree to disagree?

Yeah, it has been discussed a lot, and there's a lot of people on both sides. I'd say a big reason higher stakes players don't raise AQ like this is because they won't get as much value from it, since there aren't donkeys playing A6 like in the lower levels. Still, when it comes down to it, I don't think there is one right, definitive answer.

This is definitely just a call. The difference here is that the pot has been raised. REraising OOP w/ AQ is bad. In the OP everyone had limped.

what maybe correct for the best players, playing the highest buyin sng's is not neccessarily correct for other people playing other buyins
this is a good example of one of those situations

PS I complete in the original hand. AQ is a bitch to play OOP in a raised pot.

I don't think calling with the other caller, as you get 3:1, is that bad. Sucks to be OOP, so maybe folding is correct. Reraising is no good

I play the higher buyins, 100% correct to limp/fold here. You would never raise with this trash hand, esp with these blinds and limpers. I wouldn't even call a raise to 60-70 with AQo in the SB, just bad EV, but I guess the lower buyins are much looser.
