Default Bluff vs Beyondthegame: Ft 400

I have played a decent amoung with BTG and he is like 28/24/4. Very agg and very good. He views me as the 22/18 that I am, but knows that I can mix it up postflop. effective stacks are 500

I raise KQc utg to 14 and he calls out of the sb.

Flop= KsTs4c

he leads for 24 into the 28 pot and I raise to 80, he quickly calls

Turn Ah

he bets 169 into like a 175 pot

and I push for like 410

I figured that the only hand he can call me with is QJ and his turn lead for close to pot looks strong but not like QJ

Thanks

Call flop for pot control. I believe pot control outweighs charging him to draw.

If I was in his spot, I'd probably donkbet my draws/sets/two pair, sometimes donkbetting w/ mid pair / top pair type hand, but usually checkcalling w/ top pair. I'm not saying this is a good range for donkbetting, but I think it's a reasonable starting point for assigning a range for your villain.

I don't like your turn bluff @ all, I doubt he value bets anything and then folds to a raise, so when you move AI, you only get him to fold hands that he's betting as a bluff. I would imagine he's on a big draw / QJ / two pair / set usually and is ~never stone cold bluffing. This shove seems terribly spewy. You should fold.

To be honest, I thought the turn raise was spewy, but Im repping such a big hand here that there are very few hands he can call with. His turn lead for pot was unusual for him too.

On the turn what part of his range that leads for pot are you looking to fold out? He's not folding two pair+ here with that much in the pot and that constitutes a high percentage of hands that lead turn for pot.

Yeah, this is very bad. He will have AK a lot here I feel, which he will not fold.

Unless you two have a very specific history with each other where he knows you won't make bad plays like you made above, then I doubt he's every folding 2 pair or better ever to you.

I have played a lot with him and I am almost positive he folds 2 pair here, but not better obviously. From his point of view, I likely have AA, KK, TT
