Re: Got the Pipes and Crowd for One Tune
Assuming it was my only performance ever, I'd have to pick the longest, worst song imaginable (are there any 30-minute death metal songs?)...just to piss off the audience.
Otherwise, "How Will I Laugh Tomorrow...When I Can't Even Smile Today?" by Suicidal Tendencies is a good mix of high-energy and dynamic vocals. Might change my mind if I spent more than 5 seconds considering a situation likely not to happen to me in this life. |

[ QUOTE ]
In all my years I have yet to encounter any situation that would not be made better by a rocking version of Crazy Train, and this one is no exception. [/ QUOTE ] This is a fantastic suggestion. I've seen at least three small bands save lousy sets with Crazy Train covers. scrub |

Re: Got the Pipes and Crowd for One Tune
I would pick an obscure and beautiful song by someone who needs the publicity like, eh, Ed Askew: Go Ask The Unicorn or Lotion's Blind for Now.

It's Oh So Quiet - Bjork, but only if I also get Spike Jonze dancing around in a mailbox.
