I would play it the same.
That flop connected with a lot of hands and there is a big possibility that you will get checkraised. take the freecards since this is going to a SD and you probably doesnt have the best hand

Played perfectly. Can't bet into 5 people here, especially since we have UTG limpers and callers from the blinds, making it likely that someone had some middle suited connectors that hit, or someone with a mid pp that likes the flop. You're going to get c/red here a ton. If there were 2 diamonds, you could bet.
