Default $ 60: 99 in BB with LAG raiser

The raiser is very LAG. Last hand he raised KT from MP and the hand prior to that, he raised K9 after a limper. The reason that I'm donk betting this flop, is that I think it's a big chance I have the best hand now, but I'm not sure that it's strong enough to check raise, ie I want him to fold it to my bet. Also, I don't want to give any free cards, as my hand is vulnerable to many over cards that may come on the turn.

As my plan failed, is calling the shove any good? Comments on pre flop play also appreciated!

if he's so lag im inclined to shove PF.

as played id need a relatively strong read to call an allin with a pair of nines this early in the single table tournament.

Yes, I've been mixing in just a few in the last sets. They are easy as hell, my ROI is 56.8.

Shove 1500 into that really?

When you lead you need to have a plan for what you're gonna do if he raises. I like donking the flop (a bit bigger i think) with the intention of calling the shove vs. a player as you described. I think c/c is better then b/f too.
