Still No Affiliate Payment from UB for Oct.

They sent the following email today. What's strange though is that I know of several people who recieved their funds via neteller today!

Thank you for your patience regarding the delay in receiving your October affiliate payment via NETeller. We realize that this has been a great inconvenience and we deeply regret that we have not been able to make payments on time.

It seems that the reason for the delay is that the wire transfer for affiliate payments has been cancelled by NETeller due to issues they are experiencing with processing transfers in U.S. funds.

Please know that this was unexpected and that the reason for the delay was only communicated to us yesterday. As a result, we have ceased using NETeller as a payment option indefinitely until this situation can be resolved.

In order to expedite your payment, we have arranged to have affiliate payments issued directly to your UltimateBet player account. If you prefer, you may change your payment preference to check instead and receive all future payments by check in USD.

Please reply ASAP with your player account username and email address (or mailing address for check) so that we can send your payment at the earliest.

All USD bank wire requests made after November 30th will be sent in Euros, unless a different currency is noted when requesting the wire.

If no Euro banking information exists in your merchant account, the bank wire will still be sent in Euros, but to your USD bank account. Please ensure your account information is updated immediately.

All pending USD bank wires and auto settlements prior to November 30th will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your merchant account. You will be required to re-submit these bank wire requests. The funds will then be sent in Euros, unless you have specified another currency preference. I got that email also. No problems receiving neteller transfers from anyone but UB. Already got paid today (for Nov.) from 2 others thru Neteller.

Still waiting for Oct for UB. At least they are trying to find reasons not to pay on time now. Before we didnt get any excuses. They could have done a player transfer 2 weeks ago on time if they were having problems.

What was the problem last month when they were late? Or the month before?

We have been paid by everyone else via Neteller with no problems. We find it very funny that UB is the only program to have this problem. They are late every single month and it might be a sign of severe problems at IncomeAccess. Without affiliates IncomeAccess is nothing.

When you guys say UB , do you mean IncomeAccess only or UB itself or both? Our aff. account is directly under UB and we received the payment on time in October.

Jesus, this is ridiculous. Dec. and still no affiliate payment for UB for Oct. I've even sent them my player account id since apparently they aren't making affiliate payments through neteller anymore and still nothing. It makes no sense for payments to be this late. It make no sense they can't make affiliate payments through neteller but can still make player payments with neteller. It make no sense that some affiliates are apparently affiliates of UB directly through UB and some are affiliates through Income Access and are apparently treated differently. It make no sense that a reputable site like this would handle business so poorly. If you can't tell this whole situation is frustrating. It seems like they are about on par with the famed Party support.

I finally got paid a few days ago. My rep said "great news, we are paying you for oct and nov by player transfer together" and I only got Oct. Not surprised. So in a few days Nov. will be late.

Same deal here, and they told me November should be paid sometime "early" next week, so hopefully in the next few days, they will get their act together...
