uh you also have nothing

but if i get him to fold it's good though? My equity increases anyway, and say he has like QQ and calls I still have pretty goodish equity? I guess since I am bluffing him out of nothing it's not worth it...

[/ QUOTE ]

yes, if you somehow knew he'd ALWAYS fold -- it doesn't have to be always but it's very close to 100% since you have SIX HIGH -- all-in is better than calling

I don't understand. Call >> Move AI. Get your money in when you hit your draw w/ way more equity.

The pot is protected so I need to hit anyway, I guess there probably isn't value in a raise.

[/ QUOTE ]

Bingo. If there had been a sidepot of ANY size, this bet would make more sense. Given that the main pot is everything, and that the main pot is protected, you've got no reason to force villain off a hand.

[ QUOTE ]

Is there a lot of value in getting Ozkan out of the hand? For instance if villain who is all in is on a flush draw, I can free up 4 outs.

[/ QUOTE ]

There's more value in keeping him in and getting sidepot cash out of 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. If you really think he's got nothing, your 4s and 6s might still be good, and at this point a free showdown is not out of the question. Go for it.

In my experience 60 VPIP do not like to fold any draws especially on the flop. So you are likely to be high carder if all the money goes into the pot. I don't think you're going to lose your shirt on this move but calling is superior especially with immiadiate odds. If had an ace high draw i'd be in a heart beat b/c there is good chance I could get allin as a significant favorite.

I don't think you're ever folding out a 63/3 guy who limp-reraised preflop here. I guess maybe if you're lucky he'll have QQ or JJ and find a fold. But he only raises 3% of his hands as it is, you really expect him to fold them here?
