The utg player was a little on tilt, or just overbetting pots like 10x bb preflop once in a while in the last 20 minutes. Seemed like he was on tilt since as I stole a good size pot from him(he didn't know what I had though).

On this hand I wanted to get paid off, but the hearts still scared me to some extent, this bet was more of a probe to see if he hit, so I didn't raise .75 cents because he could've went all in on top of me and I would've folded, as it seemed he was on a draw with him calling on turn.

Was this a good play or where could I have done some things different.

You bet pretty meakly through the entire hand. If he is on tilt, he will call bigger bets. Your inital flop bets should be bigger, maybe $0.07 and your re-raise is giving him almost 4:1. Raise to $0.44 or something like that.

You should also bet bigger on the turn, as played, $0.45 or something like that. I'd bet more on the river too, since he'll probably pay you off with Kx, Qx since he's tilting.

Thanks good points. I remember now I was a little hesitant overall because I lost with 2 pair 4 times throughout the day so far. Need to play the value and get the tilter to pay me off.
