How much is too little to have wired to a casino, say FW since that's most likely where I would be playing. I'm curious about all in general, though.
I ask because I'm not sure how much cash I'd feel comfortable traveling with. Also, rather than wire, would it be easier or better to just have a cashier's check made up instead? I'll take it that whatever the minimum for a wire would be is the maximum that you'd take a cashier's check for. Let's toss out an example of ~10k in case reference is neccessary. TIA. |

Call Foxwoods. If they'll handle the transaction, it really depends what you want to do.
A cashier's check won't do you any good. Because they can be counterfeited, casinos won't cash them on the spot. |

This is going way back -- I remember someone saying Foxwoods revoke there casino credit, because they were using there markers to play poker and Not pit games. Credit was revoke even though this person always paid there debt. Tell them this bank wire is to play some pit games maybe dabble a little in poker. 10K shouldn't be a problem.
