Re: interesting hand
I'm curious to know the results...part of me thinks you both ended up splitting this although its very unlikely.

Re: interesting hand
As we talked about on IRC, and as others have said here. I really don't like the turn check/call.
A combination of the fact that 4/9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] may not be outs, and the number of times that he has a weakish hand that he will check/behind on river/fold to a bet make it hard for me to believe that it's a profitable call. I don't think he's going to fold to a river bluff very often, either, if he has anything strong, at all. As for the river: I would probably call, but I'd feel sick about it. It does seem pretty unlikely that he slowplayed a set on the flop, but his turn action is certainly consistent with a boat. It sure doesn't look like you could ever call this bet, though, so it would be quite odd for him to play a FH like this. |

Re: interesting hand
From jfish's perspective, pre flop, flop, and river are totally clear and standard.
Turn is interesting. I'm pretty sure someone like cts would be firing this turn very frequently. |

Re: interesting hand
I would always fire the turn. There are 2 flush draws, the board is paired, your draw has turned into a piece of [censored]. If you get raised off of it, no big deal.
Check/calling the turn is soooo gross though. I def look him up on the river. |

Re: interesting hand
I agree check call on this turn does not look good. Either bet or check fold. Having gotten to the river like that I call but ugh.
