Advice for more profit needed!!!!!!!!!!

I am a part-time player on Stars and Bodog playing 10/20 ring games. I have improved my play dramatically over the last 6 months(thanks to 2 plus 2 publishing), but still feel I am missing some profit. So here I am to ask the pro's. Over the last 5000 hands, I have profited $2000.00 dollars with the following stats. Tell me what you think I am doing wrong based in the information given, and what standard of profit should I be achieving over 5000 hands played? This is only my pre-flop info- which I believe is my biggest challenge. thank you, honker
hands won= 13%
Flops Seen= 30%
win % if flop seen= 36%
showdowns won= 54%

You standard profit should be somewhere between -20K and +20K, give or take a few thousand.
