If you don't mind sugar, Tom Collins is a tasty drink that you won't be looked down on for drinking.

I'll second this.

Why is whiskey sour not a "cool" drink?

[/ QUOTE ]

Because the bartender replies with "Do you want a cherry in it?" Which translates to "GAYLORD." Roughly.

I did try a little soco straight, just to really get the taste, and it tastes dangerous. If I found a good mixer for me, I'd be [censored] up/fat in no time.

Nothing uncool about whiskey sours, with a grip of cherries and orange slices in it, thats [censored] cool.

If you want a good COOL go to drink its obviously grey goose & cranberry or grey goose and red bull.

I have heard a lot of people say it's a chick drink, etc., but I think it's on the borderline. I'll order one every now and then.

Interesting. I've never had one, but I figured anything with "whiskey" in the name had to be nice and manly. Oops.

Doesn't a whiskey sour come with a tiny little straw and a lemon or some gay fruit on the side of the glass? That's not manly, Evan, THAT'S NOT MANLY AT ALL!

Anyway, I still say White Russian. They're great and if you're trying to get drunk and relax and chill, they'll creep up on you. When I'm trying to get smashed I drink beer, though. If you don't like the taste, just shotgun all your beers. You don't have to deal with the taste, you'll feel manly (unless you either spill it all cause you're not manly at all or you puke right after) and you get [censored] up super quick. What kind of beer are you drinking? Try Bud Light, you can drink a bunch of them and the taste isn't awful.

And Jack & Coke isn't bad. Ooh, or Jaegerbombs, although that's not really a "drink" unless you're allowed to make one out of it.

I have no idea. But something like a gin and tonic comes with a lime usually and I think that one's safe on the man scale, isn't it?

Who knows, I only drink beer and randomly take shots when I'm already [censored] up. Beer is great. A year or so ago I was going to go drink with friends, but everything got cancelled so I said [censored] it and slammed some alone like a real champ and kept a drunk log. It was funny. I was pretty [censored] up on the 9th.
