$16t - 99 repush?
Im not 100% sure he will call this because people at this level are very bad, i think he will fold around 20% of the time. If you dont push this what about TT?

I agree with bengiec this is a pretty close call to either fold or shove and imho is read dependent.

I lean a lot towards folding then, if he is limping a lot he is probly limping low PP Ax KQ KJ stuff, his raise probly means he got a top 5% range against that range your a coinflip at best, with so little dead money in it and ppl left behind ya to act and imho no need to get fancy its a fold. This is probly a fold against all but very aggressive players imho...
