Default Typical hand against shortstack nl100

Villain just sat down, so no reads or stats. I'm feeling that lately i have been doubling up shortstacks a bit too often, any advice`appreciated.

I usually check preflop, but postflop is standard. Betting the flop sucks.

Sure, but very few worse hands will call your flop bet and even when they do it's going to be hard guessing whether he has a random float/mid-PP/weak J or a K when you check the turn and he shoves.
