another (confused) response from UB
I uninstalled UB from both the machines I play on and sent them the following:
Comments : Due to the recent breaking of hand history usage through your site, I have removed my money from UltimateBet and will play on other sites that properly support hand histories, like Full Tilt and PokerStars. I started playing seriously with UB, but you guys have really lost the way. And received the following response: Thank you for your e-mail and your feedback regarding the recent changes made to hand histories. We understand and are aware of the inconvenience this has caused. Please note we will be implementing many upgrades moving forward and will be re-evaluating the hand-history release over the coming week. We will be sure to let you know when future upgrades are made to the software. *** So there you go, everything's cleared right up! Just wait til next week and... something may or may not happen? |

Re: another (confused) response from UB
Since they made this change, I was using the older version of UB that allowed the hand histories. But now UB forced me to automatically upgrade instead of giving me an option. I wrote pretty much the same email to them.

Has this happened to anyone else or is the old .exe still working for you? |

If you just put it on your desktop, or any random place, and try to run it with that, you'll be updated again. So download the file again, but save to the folder the ub.exe is already in. Then you'll be good. |

Re: another (confused) response from UB
I downloaded the old .exe and put it in the UB folder (replaced the updated .exe). But when I opened up UB, it still auto updated? Is there another way around this?
