Which software?
I've been considering buying either poker tracker or poker office in order to more closely scrutinize my game. I have Wilson's hold 'em software, but I'm not convinced my regular game doesn't diverge with how I play when I use it. My problem is that I am good at writing off all of my bad sessions as just the result of bad beats, and I'm kind of starting to doubt that that's the case. So I guess my question is, are either or both of these products a worthwhile purchase, and if so which one would you go for?

Re: Which software?
Well, I'd go with PokerOffice since that's what I'm using and I've been satisfied with it so far. I do think both of the softwares are a worthwhile purchase.

Re: Which software?
Well. I try Poker Traker and i have selected Poker Office.
I can see my money progress on graph, i can replay my loosing hands and find out where i make stuffup. I can also select dates to filter out my play. The program is expensive but good. I like it. The only thing is i am still waiting for my reg key. Regards John |

Re: Which software?
Everything you said Poker Office does, Poker Tracker does plus much more. Add the fact that the only site PO supports that US based players can play on is Stars (and Prima as long as you don't live in a banned state) and the decision becomes easy.

Re: Which software?
In a nutshell, Poker Office is a less-capable PT ripoff with some irrelevant feature bloat.
Not to say PT is perfect, far from it, but PO isn't a better PT. |

Re: Which software?
Newest version 2.18 like a week or two ago supports Crypto (Not USA of course) and Full Tilt.

Re: Which software?
Poker tracker has the market share of customers, probbably because it was available before poker office.
I have both and use poker office far more, both are very good and indepth programes, it's just that office is a lot cleaner and easier to use, also you don't have to buy and download the add on programmes like ace hud as you do with tracker. I'd go with office for starters, you won't be dissapointed. |
