Probably not very relevant to your situation...

I had a problem with vegas country. They had in their promotions (2 different promotions) that players from UK and Ireland can deposit in GBP. I'm Irish, I opened up an account in GBP and deposited.

They locked my account after I deposited and said that any player who opens an account not in their home currency (my home currency is Euro) will have their acount locked and they are no longer responsible for what happens to the funds.

They specifically invited Irish players to play in GBP.
Anyhow after many complaining emails they changed the wording on their website to read 'UK and Northern Ireland' players.

After more complaining emails they said they were unlocking my account so I could withdraw my deposit. They did it like they were doing me a huge favour that I wasn't entitled to - no apology.

I got my money back and lesson learned.

Vegas Country has been delaying payment since 04 NOV on a recent win of mine. They keep saying that they are investigating the account but have given no reasons for this. I did not claim the bonus (Withdrew after winning before bonus was credited ... suspect this is the reason)

Crazy Vegas I have had no grief with - last payout reached my neteller account within 3 days

However their bonus doesn't seem so appealing to me. What's the EV of vegascountry/crazy vegas?
