Continuation bet after raised preflop?

I would appreciate if u guys could help me out here, I´d love if aba20 or any other high stakes player would give me his thoughts about CR betting the flop.
I play 2/4 and 3/6, but I am constanly railing the highest tables to learn and try to figure out how the players are thinking.
My biggest leak in my game is my continuation bet after the flop, I would like some thoughts about how much u guys CR bets the flop, usually after raising preflop and miss the flop.
How much do you bet? How often,50-60% of the time etc? Do you always bet the same amount or do you bet more or less depending on the board?

what he said, and they discussed the continuation bet % in msnl(maybe?) recently, iirc people were saying ~60-65%.
