Red Nines (Prima Skin) RB Changes?

I just got this email from Red Nines who is who I skin Prima through, they were offering 50-65% rakeback depending on your tier.

On the 21st of November RedNines received a letter from Microgaming about a new amendment in the Operational rules. The new amendment regulates a cap on promotions referred to as RakeBack. The reality of this amendment is as follows:

- Rakeback for existing customers will be capped at 30% independent of existing deals

- From the 28th of Nov there will not be allowed to market RakeBack to new customers.

The news about this cap was quite surprising for us in RedNines, all though we were aware that there has been some internal debate about RakeBack promotions. For our players who have a RakeBack ladder, they will get their extra RakeBack for the period up to the 28th.

I know that Battlefield and Ace Flush players have gotten this and in the end all Prima players will get this news.

You will get 50% for this month, but will not have it afterwards.
This is the new regulations in the Microgaming system.
We will soon offer a good promotion package to compensate for this.

I got the exact email from both of them. Their support tells me I'm grandfathered in but others tell me I am not. Knowing what MG's rule is I have to believe I am not.

woww i just contacted Rakerebate support and they told me is truth, the 60%+ rakeback deals at prima are over, nobody will get more than 30% for december, that reaallly sucks
