$11 - 6 players, 52o in SB
PartyPoker, Big Blind is t300 (6 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com
UTG (t1653) UTG+1 (t1057) CO (t1605) Button (t1075) Hero (t1160) BB (t1450) Preflop: Hero is in SB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, CO folds, Button folds, Hero raises to t1010 (All-in) Pretty tight table, hadn't picked up any playable hands or opportunities thus far to build my stack. With blinds so high I can't wait for a hand to drop in my lap and have to try and exploit steal opportunities. I'd played pretty tight myself and this was my first spot to open a pot in quite a few hands. Should I wait for a hand that might stand up if called or do the blinds really dictate that I should be pushing with any 2 here? |

Re: $11 - 6 players, 52o in SB
If the table, including yourself, was pretty tight, then this move is fine. Unfortunate that it had to be a 5 high but like you said, can't be waiting around with those blinds.
