preflop play
TAG 28/17 raises UTG, super 50/11/1.9 fish cold calls from the CO, you have A9 suited in the SB, whats yer play? If it helps, BB is a super passive 40/0/.9 player.

Re: preflop play
I would just fold. Dominated by a better ace UTG too often. What the hell though, I'm a complete nit.

Re: preflop play
I would call but have been reevaluating this as well. I think the 9 is to strong to fold as long as your not building a pot for villain post flop.

Re: preflop play
this I think is right on the line, in a 2/3 chip game I definitely call and in a 1/3 chip game I always fold. 1/2 chip is really close and I base it entirely on how good I think these guys are but with the two monkeys I lean towards a call.

Re: preflop play
I'd call in the 1:2 structure because the CC'er and BB are so bad/passive, but this is a rather extreme situation. Normally this is a fold.
