I see him holding 9T frequently here or 88 is also in his range ? Do I want to play for stacks here ? What about the Turn do you guys c/b for pot control or bet ? What if you bet the turn around 350$ and he c/r allin ? |

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
i stack off vs soros here. he can pull some weird, dumb moves imo, also, i have had him call me down lightly in spots where he shouldn't.
i would bet and call an all in, not feel great about it but i think you're missing value by checking the turn. |

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
Your flop 3 bet size is very bad, make it like $250-300. If you're uncomfortable betting a safe turn after your 3 bet gets called then I wouldn't 3 bet the flop.

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
My first thought was to check behind for pot control. I don't think this deep we want to play for stacks with this board.
If you fire $350 on the turn and he CR AI, you have to fold, you can't beat anything and may be drawing to one out. |

That flop re-raise sizing seems bad.

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
I think the play is to definitely bet the turn again. Against a show I had a really tough decision. Probably a call is +EV against this opponent. I don't have any specific reads.

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
lol soros is completley insane he dosnt have JJJ or T9 here if he has 2 pair or a strong multi-draw he stacks off every single time, he must have a marginal draw or a pair + gutshot type hand

Re: NL600$ Bottom set on tough board 200BB deep
i would say... $400 to dodge any actionkillers and puts pressure on handsilke J9 or JT who, if he's an idiot, will def shove and hope for miracle riv haha i dont think i'd check behind i would bet... if he shoves i would have rele tough decision i could not see set of J's b/c that repops from BB to CO raise... 9T and 88 def possible as u said... if i bet 400 i would call shove otherwise if dont wunna call shove check behind and hope for board to pair or like 2 of hearts to at least value bet if checked to
