Default NL600$ KK on dry Board vs very LAG player

Villain is Holla10 on stars. He is loose (calls 3-bets lightly) and plays very aggressive with marginal holdings postflop. Also a player who is capable of bluffing and not afraid to loose his whole stack. 25/19/3

Thoughts if I should raise the flop here ? Or donk the Turn ?
I was kind of scared when he raised the flop on the dry board.

I like the way you played this. And this board is far from dry.

i like to donk the turn here; i feel a flop 3-bet lets him get away too easy while a turn donk will get you more action from a 9, or TT/JJ.

the tough part will be what to do here if he raises turn; it feels bad to stack off here, but if he can overplay hands that bad, you might have too. very tough and very read dependent decision.
