Default PT preflp agg # WITHOUT factoring in preflop aggression>

I posted a question a few days ago regarding "agg factor" stats on PT. Someone alerted me to the fact that by unchecking the preflp agg box, my number would be much higher which it was once I unchecked the box. Here is my question: Preflop raising/aggression is such an huge part of being aggressive, what use is a number that does not include a player's preflp agg numbers? Thanks much to the great replies I got to my last question.

I think PF AF is a pretty useless number. You are doing a lot of calling and completing from the blinds PF which will lower your overll AF. PF raise is the number you want to look at when evaluating your PF play.

Yea that's true but it seems that preflop raising is a huge component of agg play so how can you discount that aspect and hope to get a good read on your agg factor?
