Default NEW WILLIAM HILL SOFTWARE

Any one seen the new william hill software that is going to come into use on 30th November?

Ive just seen a demo of it and it is exactly the same as pokerstars.

The layout is the same and the tables are the similar even fown to the avator feature where you put your picture in!

The only important feature that im not sure they have that pokerstars has is resizeable tables.

You would think alot of these features would be copyright.

It's quite funny isn't it. I suspect it's not possible to copyright that kind of thing though - how can you define what a design is? I guess that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

I wonder if it will run as smoothly, it's a little harder to copy the backend than it is to copy the design and layout.

Anyone investigate who the software provider is?

Looking at program install files (often copyrights are on DLL file properties) and registry keys is the easiest way to figure it out.

I had a look at the demo. Unless crypto are upgrading maybe willy hill wrote a new front end. In the demo holdem black jack is clearly seen which is available only on crypto AKAIK. If willy hill leave crypto then the network is dead and I am heading for stars as betfair left at the end of october bring ~1200 players of the network (15%) at peak times.
