Help me become great at foosball.

Update:

I bought a table and my goalie came over for a few hours the other day to work on some defense and to help me work on some new shots.

My basic strategy right now is to pull the 3bar close to me and place the ball on the inside of the near man. From here, I can shoot the ball directly into the goal at an angle. If the goalie is set up to defend against the direct pass into the goal, I can race to the far side. My problem now is that I have to have a faster push shot. I can do this from the other side of the goal as well, though I have a harder time seeing the angles from this near side of the table.

Any tips for having a faster pull/push shot?

The next day, we went in and played at work against the regulars (including the "best" team that had been owning everyone) and we went undefeated.
