TITN, can I get a reply before sunday please?

I signed up to the Party Snowball program through RakebackRus, and apparently TITN is responsible for these accounts know.
I played over 5k hands in October and generated over $200 in rake, yet it doesn´t let me register for the freeroll.
I sent you an email two days ago, could I please get a reply before the tourney starts?
