Re: Flop decision with AQs
Any reads? I think this is very read dependent. I'm with betgo here, that I may just lay this down in this position, especially if the preflop raiser is tight. In that case, you very rarely have the best hand with AQs here. I don't mind pushing but I am not looking to get called. Additionally, you've got six players to act behind you, so that's not something that entices me into putting chips in the pot at this spot.

Re: Flop decision with AQs
I responded to this post earlier while I was playing, and edited it like a million times.
If you reread my posts, you will see that I am saying that folding is completely correct here, but if you decide that you want to raise or play the hand for whatever reason, you should push, rather than call or reraise to any other amount. I beleive that the best way to play the hand if you decide not to fold is to push, but I would personally fold unless I had some really good reasons to push. _______________________________________ Another EDIT WOOOHOOO!!! To clear up my ramblings.... Betgo: [ QUOTE ] I would say preflop calling > folding > pushing > raising. [/ QUOTE ] Mi_T_Sharp: [ QUOTE ] I would say preflop folding > pushing > calling > raising.
