I just looked it up and I'm wrong. Chicago's offense has actually fallen to 18th in DVOA. They have a negative offensive DVOA for the season. I had no idea they had fallen that much.

Has Romo faced any decent defense besides Carolina?

Course with the NFC being the way it is...SEA/CHI/CAR will probably be the only teams that can beat Dallas come playoff time.
