Default Flushdraw with overs OOP - betting every street, even river

Villain is short stacked, so is obviously not a great player.

Villain is at BUTTON with $62.95.
x is at seat 1 with $327.60.
x is at seat 2 with $144.15.
x is at seat 3 with $97.05.
x is at seat 4 with $99.30.
Hero is at seat 5 with $114.25.

Hero: Qd Kd

Pre-flop: 2x folds. Hero raises to $3.50. Villain calls. x folds. x calls.

Pot: $12. Flop (board: 5d Td 3h): x checks. Hero bets $9. Villain calls. x calls.

Pot: $39 Turn (board: 5d Td 3h 6c): x checks. Hero bets $25. Villain calls. x folds.

Pot: $89 River (board: 5d Td 3h 6c 9s): Hero goes all-in for $76.75. Villain folds.

Not sure what villain could have had. Could have actually been a flush draw like mine. Should I have pushed the river there? The villain had a little under half his stack remaining when I did push. I was OOP so I had to represent strength in case he in fact DID have an ace hi flush draw, if I checked the river he would have checked behind and won with ace high.

Is there an actual hand-history converter that works with UB? flopturnriver's sucks.
