Default Wall Mount for Dell 30\"? Anyone know of one?

I want to rotate the monitor so I can put 8 tables on it. Right now I can only fit 6 tables on it so its kind of a waste. I looked on dells website and didn't see anything.

I'm busy at the moment, but did a google search for:

VESA mount +rotate

and had several hits. It'll take some digging tho, as some "rotate" side to side (the arm), others that actually do rotate say "monitors up to 19", etc. It's a start tho.

Oh...more importantly, I don't know for certain that the Dell uses VESA mounting, I just made that assumption since it's been the standard mounting method for a buttload of monitors and a/v equipment. Obv, check that first.

I don't need it to rotate once it is mounted. I'm glad I posted on here because I don't even know what VESA mounting is

I still am just assuming it's using VESA so check that first. VESA is just 4 holes at a standard distance with the a standard thread size/depth for the screw holes (I don't recall the exact dimensions, but all VESA mounting hardware/kits will *fit* all VESA devices...but not all mounts could handle all weights)

Additionally, I believe VESA is a square pattern on the holes...so you'd need nothing special to clock it 90°

Again....I don't know for certain if the 30" Dell uses VESA mounts. That's pretty important to check before you go buying mounts that won't fit if it isn't VESA.

From the UK dell pages:

---snip---
# Weight : 11.38 kg
---snip---
# VESA mounting compatible / Security slot : Yes (100mm) / Yes
---snip---

So you want a 100mm VESA wall mount that can support at least 12kg. I'd want one supporting as much weight as I could find for a monitor of such luxury

Good luck,
