id probably never raise this UTG in a 3.40, simply b/c you're getting called by every player w/ 2 ovrecards to your pair. as played definitely fold to the reraise

[/ QUOTE ]

agreed because these games play so loose. however, at 6.50s+ it is fine to raise TT UTG. there have been a zillion discussions about this, but i have no issue with making it 70 UTG.

Raises and limps are both fine. Instamuck this.

raisings fine, make it bit a more though t80

are you generally raising 4x BB in early position or does it depend on the hand/blind level?

[/ QUOTE ]

I like 4x bb in 1st two levels. 3xbb in 3rd. 2.5xbb from then on.

The reason being that early on 60 chips doesnt seem like alot to your opponents so you dont isolate as well. But later on betting 4xbb will be alot of your chips, and 2.5bbs does the same thing.

In regards to rasing TT I like it here because you are the 1st to enter a pot. Although limpings fine too. If you were in another position and there were a few limpers before your I would limp along. Players are much more likely to call a raise after they have limped then if they are facing the raise withough putting any money in the pot.

I think raising makes the hand more easy to play preflop, because then you have a better idea of what you're up against if someone reraises your UTG raise. Limping, I would call a much smaller raise. As played, I would definitely fold as well.
