trop ac freeroll

Does anyone know anything about the trop monthly freeroll? I'm going down saturday night with no room until sunday; is it worth getting the 30 hours in and playing the freeroll? When's the deadine to get to 30? What is the prizepool?

The freeroll is this Monday but that is for October's free roll. You only have to put in 20 hours now for $300 chips. If you put in the hours, you'll have to wait until December to play in the freeroll. First place is $1,000 and I think 18th is $30.
