Just fold or complete preflop (I like completing here with your stack + a king + 2 hearts) and fold to any heat.
This is a really good spot to win very few chips or lose a lot of. |

I think the pf raise is fine, you're more than likely to pick up the blinds. And the bet size is enough to fold to a push. I would probably bet less on the flop, so that he can fold and not commit too much into the pot.
