I think calling is fine. You need to be good here a little less than 25% of the time. If you would only get 2:1 I would seriously consider folding.

I probably raise AJs about 75% check 25%... AQ is pretty much an always raiser.

Anyway, I'd call that river.

in six max games players are raising more out of the blinds in limped pots that you may realize, at least many of them are.

AJs/AQo/88 even KQs, can be raised out of blinds in limped pots. Of course, some people are much looser than this, but you get the idea.
