Seriously, guys, i know this is BBV and all but can this occurance be expressed in numbers somehow?
I personally never lost in such manner in about 300k hands.
(it's probably coming soon though )

Given that you have top boat the odds of him having 4 of a kind like this is very rare, since there is only one combination of 66.

But the real answer to this awful question (it is a really bad question, not criticizing) is best told in Barry Greenstein's "book".

He basically tells some story of a pot limit stud 8 game. On 6th street barry had QJ62 or something to that effect (2 small cards and 2 big ones) showing with 2 diamonds and he called a pot sized bet.

On the river barry bet huge. The guy tanked and said "you need to have 3 small diamonds down there to scoop me. I gotta call" and called and Barry had 3 small diamonds. The guy asked Barry, what are the odds? and he replied something along the line of "Has to be close to a lock, what did you think I called on the turn with?"

So given that he called your all in, odds aren't that bad that he had quads. They aren't good though.

You are twisting what Greenshtein said.
He and his professor reraised each other several times and finally BG put him allin and professor could only lose to straight flush, which BG had.And they were very very deep, as i recall, not less than 100BB, like my friend and the villain (Tribeca has 75BB buyin cap at those limits).

I wasn't asking, what are the chance on the river that the guy has 66 after calling the allin. That would actually be pretty high, especially since he is a solid player and called on the flop.
I'd say, he leads out here and then calls the allin with maybe 78, all the boats, and 66...But that's not the point.

My friend wanted to know, what is the chance of top boat, which is the second nuts, that loses to 4 of kind.
I couldn't give him the answer...
If you can't either, that's ok, but don't give wrong examples.
