Default scary river action w/nut straight; what to do?

Live 5/10 game the other day at the Joliet (IL) Empress.

I call Qd10d from MP along with the usual 7-8 limpers.

Flop: As-Ks-Jd.

SB (old coot, but decent player) bets out. UTG (aggressive young player) raises. Guy to my immediate right (clueless old guy) calls. I 3-bet. Folded to SB who calls 2 cold. UTG caps. All of us call. Pot: we'll say 12 BBs, as I can't remember the exact amount of PF limpers (8 limpers preflop; 4 calling capped flop bet)

Turn: 4x (no spade)

SB checks. UTG bets. Clueless calls. I raise. SB calls. UTG 3-bets. Clueless calls again. I cap. All call. Pot: 28 BBs.

(Okay, unless UTG is a lunatic, he appears to also have Q10. At least one of these old guys has aces up to be hanging around like this, right? Or a set of Js?)

River: Ac.

SB sits up and bets. UTG raises. Clueless 3-bets. I. . . ?

close your eyes and call. Then cry when this massive pot gets pushed elsewhere.

I'd fold, you'll win here very infrequently in my opinion. While the pot is huge, I highly doubt your hand will hold up enough times to justify calling a very likely 4 BB. 3 players have shown enormous interest in the hand, despite your display of massive strength on the earlier streets.

Yeah, looking at it again, it does look like a good time to fold. The problem is when the winning hand is AQ and your opponents are too dumb to see that there is a straight out there. In these games, bad players limp in with all sorts of strange hands like JJ-AA/AJ/AK/AQ. But I don't think this is much of a possibility here. Anyone betting or raising this river has a boat so you have to fold. Such a massive pot... what a heartbreaker.

I think calling might have been theoretically correct given the size of the pot, which is why I was looking for feedback. But I was certain I was beat, and I expected SB to cap, which would mean calling a total of $40. Given my reads, I laid it down.

SB did cap. UTG and Clueless came along.

The two old guys had AK (2 outs. . . unbelievable). UTG had Q10.
