B2B ring games are supported by Poker Tracker. I read in PT forum that Pat is researching the Everest HHF, too.

I know you can grab hhfs from Bodog now [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I haven't played on Everest for a while now. Last time I did they stored hand of observed tables. I don't know if they still do.
