I datamine pretty much constantly so I almost always open up all the tables at the limit I am playing and look at the HUD stats. As long as there is at least one 50/6/2 player in there and the person attacking my blind isn't the best player at the table, I'm pretty happy. Better than that even better. Unfortunately there are usually 3 TAGs (25/18/2.5 ish) and two LAGs (30-35/20/3ish) sitting there and one of the LAGs is usually good enough to be a PITA.
Table flop percent doesn't interest me as much as full ring since there are a fair amount of SH tables with good LAGs that can get high flop percentages but can still be crappy tables to play at and the rate at which SH tables often drop to 3 or 4 handed and then come back up to 6 handed makes them unreliable.
