Yeah, ideally I'd get it in against another QT or a set or something, but I think that hands that have outs on me (sets or 2 pair w/ or w/o low draws) will bet for me if checked too but might fold if I led out large from the BB and if they do call me with a set after my bet it's a cheap call to play a huge pot if they spike something.

Im pretty sure AA gives up to a bet on this flop but might Cbet it. The best reason IMO to bet out is in case you catch someone with T7 or decides to take one off with a live T or something.
