I was getting this message as well so I phoned them. Support asked me to clear my cookies which I did and everything worked fine again.

Tried to login using firefox 2 and got the error message. I cleared all cookies and restart firefox and tried again. Still no go.

Next, I tried using IE 6, and I was able to login without any hitch.

I just called support. First person I talk to says I'm a VIP which means I was supposed to dial extension 4200. Did anyone else know this? When exactly do you dial the 4200?

So he transfers me to the VIP support people. The lady says the error was because I had been using an old bookmark to go to the site. She said to manually type in the neteller.com, then login. Then delete the old bookmark and replace it with the page I typed in. It works fine now.

Oddly, when I log in from my main machine, I get the "an error has occured" message. for almost 2 days now.

But, when I login from either the laptop or the really slow third computer, there isnt any problem at all. Its not a typing error, because I always cut&paste the login info from another document.

Things that make me go "hmmmmmm."

Read this on an earlier string about Neteller. If you have your Neteller login bookmarked or saved as a favorites, don't use that. Go instead to the Neteller main web page, https://www.neteller.com/home/index.jsf and log in from there. I was getting the same error message and this worked for me.

Worked like a charm. (the advice from McNeese72)

I wasnt using a bookmark or favorite. Just an old shortcut link I saved in a folder on my desktop.

So the moral is, go in fresh every time. Maybe they make slight changes and old bookmarks/favorites/shortcuts dont work. Weird, but oh well.
